Shipping, Return and Exchange

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer FREE delivery to all addresses in Hong Kong and Macau, for purchase of HKD600 or above. For orders below HKD600 using SF express service, it will be sent by SF Express freight collect, and SF Express will collect the freight from buyer upon delivery.

Jumppoint Logistics is also available for orders in Hong Kong. For orders below HKD600, shipping cost will be calculated by weight and paid by customer.

When will my order be sent?

In-stock items typically ship out within one week once payment is received. If it’s a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated date indicated on the product page. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas and Macau. All delivery will be shipped by Courier Service.

Indemnities

Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen parcels or parcel delays caused by the courier. We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. 

Am I able to exchange my item?

We only accept exchange if the item is incorrectly delivered or seriously damaged.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers. If exchange of item is required, please contact us at growwithmi0210@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the items.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please return the item in its original condition: un-used, in its original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn.
